Khalil, a visionary, coming as a second-generation immigrant, is the CEO and Co-Founder of both Ascended Vizion and Enlightened XR. His entrepreneurial journey began through day trading about 7 years ago, eventually leading him to diverse ventures, from cleaning companies, clothing brands, low and high ticket dropshipping, day trading community, rental car businesses to the XR design studio. Khalil's visionary ability to bridge his ideas to reality make him a vital driving force within the team.
Ian is a professional with over a decade of experience with a proven track record in sales, operations, and team leadership, now pursuing day trading to provide a brighter future for his two daughters.
With over a decade of expertise optimizing processes, solving problems, and driving multimillion-dollar results, he brings discipline and strategy to every challenge.
Passionate about creating financial freedom, he aims to provide his girls with the best life possible—collecting the coolest toys, NFTs and experiences to spark their joy.
Dr. Ronda Taylor is a serial entrepreneur, educator, and community advocate with over 20 years of experience helping individuals achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. Armed with a Doctorate in Education Leadership, an MBA in Global Management, and a BS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, she’s been building businesses since 5th grade.
As the founder of Startup Sprint and Executive Director of Atlas House, Ronda is passionate about creating pathways to financial freedom and generational wealth. She is a published author of Business Idea Blueprint, a former collegiate educator of entrepreneurship, and an active community volunteer, serving with organizations like the Black Business Collaborative and the SBDC. Her work focuses on bridging gaps in access to resources for Black and Brown entrepreneurs, particularly Black women. Known for her deep community connections and collaborative spirit, Ronda lives by the motto: “Prepare. Perspire. Perform.” In her free time, she loves spending time with her nieces and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
BoutaBag, serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) under Enlightened XR. With expertise in creating virtual worlds, BoutaBag who is also a metaverse designer plays a key role in shaping immersive experiences. His proficiency extends beyond finance, as he is recognized for his skill in bringing brands into the metaverse. While operating within Ascended Vizion, BoutaBag operates more behind the scenes, contributing significantly to the team's success. As an integral part of the Ascended Vizion team, BoutaBag's impact is felt in both financial strategy and the development of immersive virtual environments.
Meet Philippe, a multifaceted software developer, game, and graphic designer with a passion for crafting immersive experiences. Armed with a degree in computer science, Philippe is currently focused on bringing his creative vision to life through an endless runner game for mobile platforms. Beyond gaming, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the Metaverse by designing captivating digital realms that push the boundaries of imagination.
